As a growing Trust, we are keen to work with and support schools at all points of their Academy journey. From initial conversations and questions to managing the conversion process, we are experienced in the level of support that we can provide.
The Diocese of Westminster's Academy Strategy calls on all Catholic Schools, that are not yet academies, to engage in conversations through its Family of Schools model to explore the benefits that working in closer collaboration, as part of a Catholic Academy Trust, can bring.
The All Saints Catholic Academy Trust (ASCAT) is the destination CAT for 'Family 1', which consists of Hertfordshire schools in the Watford, St Albans and Dacorum areas.

As a Trust we have already negotiated contracts offering our academies better value for money such as Payroll, MIS and Finance Systems and Management, Risk Assessment and audit. We are currently exploring catering, statutory testing, facilities management, IT support and utility contracts.
The Trust has already in place CPD programme for ECTs and Aspiring Leaders and hosts an annual Trust Development Day.
Efficiency savings are also achieved from some administrative functions being managed centrally;

- Be able to resource where leaders, teachers and other staff could be shared across more than one academy where required to find solutions to teaching or recruitment challenges
