Welcome

It is with great joy that I welcome you to the All Saints Catholic Academy Trust. Since our founding in 2012, as part of the Diocese of Westminster’s academy strategy, we have grown into a collaborative community of Catholic schools in South‑West Hertfordshire, united by our shared commitment to providing a high quality, authentically Catholic education, that enables each and every child and young person in our schools to thrive and flourish as the person that God created them to be. In the coming years, we expect our Trust to continue to grow and develop, welcoming in further partner schools from the areas of South-West Hertfordshire and Barnet.

We believe that each member of our communities—children, young people, teachers, support‐staff, parents and families—are created equally in the image of God, yet also at the same time, completely unique, each blessed with a unique set of gifts and talents. Through their time in our schools , our aim is that they contribute and share these gifts in service of the common good, whilst learning more about themselves and the person that God has created them to be. Above all we want them to know, understand and feel that they are valued and loved.

Membership of the ASCAT community brings many benefits. For families and local communities, our Trust ensures that every school recognises the importance of parents and carers as the first educators of their children, who will work with them, in partnership, toward the flourishing and fulfillment of the individual. For our schools, belonging to our Trust means that they are supported by a wide range of professional services and experts in their field, surrounding them in a supportive embrace as part of a thriving network of successful schools.

Looking Ahead – Our 2030 Goals

As we look towards the next decade we have set ourselves bold, clear goals for the next 5 years, to ensure that our Trust remains successful, purposeful, sustainable and mission‑driven.

We want to ensure:

A high quality, authentically Catholic education for every child and young person that enables them to flourish into the person God created them to be
That our schools are successfully ambitious for all pupils to succeed academically no matter the challenges and barriers they may face.
An inclusive Catholic school experience, by design, for all pupils and their families
That we are an employer of choice that partners with its staff to foster the flourishing of all employees in all aspects of their lives, inside and outside of the workplace
The ongoing, sustainable and responsible fulfilment of the Diocesan Bishop’s vision for the structure of Catholic education within the Diocese
That the Trust is an interwoven presence touching the lives of everyone it reaches with something tangible and transformative. Our Trust schools are at the heart of their communities in every sense.
